RETURNS: Dr. Gas Exhaust will accept returns for all items that are not custom made within 30 days of shipping date, however it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, even if it is unused. Custom items including, but not limited to, oval tubing and bends are NOT returnable. The restocking fee can be waved if you are exchanging an unused item for a different item of equal or greater value. Items may only be exchanged once.

MADE TO ORDER:
Many of our items are made to order. This includes oval tubing, boom tube mufflers, tandem x-over junctions, and street y-pipes. Please allow for 1-3 days additional time for these to be completed. Allow more time for 3.5" Aluminized oval tubing and 4" oval tubing due to limited stock on hand.

OFF-ROAD USE:
Dr. Gas Exhaust x-overs do not contain catalytic converters and are sold as off-road use only on all cars requiring catalytic converters. Check your local laws to see if catalytic converters are required.

Spin Tech Mufflers:
Due to a limited supply of mufflers on hand, expect 1-2 days additional shipping time for Spin Tech mufflers and 3-4 days for oval mufflers to be drop shipped directly to you.

TIME TO COMPLETION:
Many of our items give you a time frame of when to expect your products, these times are ESTIMATES only and are not guaranteed. We try our best to match those time frames, but given that we make our products to order, delays can happen. If you need something rushed, please call us to get a better idea of when the item might ship.

STOCKING ITEMS:
We usually keep our overhead low, so we often make products to order, do not assume your item is in stock if you can order it on the website. Call for the best idea of if an item is actually in stock.
